Sponsorship Packages
QCTS (a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) “NOT-FOR-PROFIT” organization) requests your help, contribution, and cooperation to make the organization and events successful. Together we all can make this organization and the events successful.
Bronze* ($250 and above)
Free Membership for 1 year
Free entry (for up to 4 members) to the Ugadi event of that year
Sponsors names will be published on QCTS website
Silver* ($500 and above)
Everything included under Bronze plus the following:
Free entry (for up to 4 members) to all QCTS events for 1 year
Sponsors name will be announced on the stage
Tax-exempt receipts will be mailed
Gold* ($1,000 and above)
Everything included under Silver plus the following:
Sponsors will be recognized on the stage during the Ugadi event
* Sponsorship can be made on your name OR parents OR grandparents OR in memory of your beloved ones.
Business Advertisement
Bronze: $250 and above: Advertisement will be published on the community WhatsApp and will be published on the QCTS website for 6 months.
Silver: $500 and above: All Bronze plus the advertisement will be printed on event tickets, and the advertisement will be published on the QCTS website for 1 year.
Gold: $1000 and above: All of Silver plus a 3'x5' banner will be printed and displayed at all events for the year
