Cultural Event Registrations are Closed

All Participants need to take Membership

Guidelines for Cultural Event Registration:

**** Performance duration for all groups must be between 3 to 4 minutes (Committee approval required for extra time for special performances)

**** Only Telugu or a few Kannada language related

**** No mixing or matching between groups (committee approval required)

**** No solo performances (committee approval required)

**** Only ONE song from movies released within the last 6 months

**** Maximum of FIVE songs per performance

**** No background music from other languages

Group 1 (Age 5 years and under):

•  Need to be 10 to 15 kids for dance
•  No singing for them
•  Can not repeat songs picked from other groups
•  Can only participate in one performance
•  Can NOT participate in Fashion show
•  Additionally, if performing on the instruments, can perform with committee approval

Group 2 (Ages 6 to 13 years):

•  Need to be 6 to 8 kids in a group
•  Can perform dancing or singing
•  Can not repeat songs picked from other groups
•  Can only participate in one performance
•  Can NOT participate in Fashion show
•  Additionally, if performing on the instruments, can perform with committee approval

Group 3 (Ages 14 to 21 years):

•  Minimum 3 people in a group
•  Can perform dancing or singing
•  They can repeat songs from Groups 1 and 2. Can not repeat songs within Group 3
•  Can participate in a maximum 2 performances
•  Can NOT participate in Fashion show
•  Additionally, if performing on the instruments, can perform with committee approval

Group 4 (Above 21 years):

•  Minimum 3 people in a group
•  Can perform dancing or singing or skit
•  They can repeat songs from Groups 1,2 and 3. Can not repeat songs within Group 4
•  Can only participate in one performance
•  Can participate in Fashion show as long as there is no conflicts with Fashion show timings.
•  Additionally, if performing on the instruments, can perform with committee approval

On Stage Rehearsals

Location: Bettendorf High School Auditorium

•  Friday, May 1st from 5:30 PM to 9 PM
•  Group Pictures will be taken
